Maya Njie Perfumes Limited provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the terms as set out below, the Privacy Policy [insert link] and other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout the Site in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions as well as customer service, all of which are deemed a part of and included within these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
You must be 18 years old in order to make a purchase on the Site. If you are under 18, you may not make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 13 years old, you may browse the Site, however you must not provide personal information to us or the Site, this Site is not directed to children under 13 years old.
By accessing and/or using the Site you are acknowledging and agreeing that you have read, understood and accept (without limitation or qualification) these Terms and Conditions.

AVAILABILITY
The products displayed on the Site are offered for sale within the limit of the stocks and under the Terms and Conditions, in particular the pricing conditions.
Maya Njie LTD reserves the right to modify, at any time without prior written notice, the products displayed on the Site.
The greatest care is take by Maya Njie LTD in the presentation and description of all of the products on the Site. However, errors and omissions can occur and Maya Njie LTD may not, in any case, be held liable for such errors and omissions.
We keep accurate records of stock on the Site, but if your product is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive or offer the purchase of an alternative product as a replacement or to cancel the order.
If you cancel the order, Maya Njie LTD will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of payment if your bank account has already been debited.
Maya Njie LTD shall not be held liable in any way should it run out of stock or if the products otherwise become unavailable for whatever reason.

In using this website, including the Terms and Conditions, all materials available through it, you represent, warrant and agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site, materials, system resources, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or any affiliated or linked websites; not to upload, post or otherwise transmit through the Site any viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; not to provide any false personal information; not to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law; and to indemnify us in respect of any and all claims brought by a third party against us arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of the foregoing.
ACCURACY
Images of the goods on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products. The packaging may vary from that shown. We have taken great care to display as accurately as possible the colours, sizes and specifications of the products that appear on the Site, however the colours, sizes and specifications of the products will vary depending on your personal computer equipment and we cannot guarantee your computer’s display will accurately reflect the products on delivery.
PRICING
Payment can be made through any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and payment will be debited and cleared at the point which your order is accepted.
All the prices on our website and catalogue are in British Pounds and are quoted inclusive of taxes. Orders are payable in British Pounds and no exception will be made.
You confirm that the credit or debit card or other method of paynment is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment, Maya Njie LTD will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of any products. Maya Njie LTD retains legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and legal ownership of any products refunded will immediately transfer back to Maya Njie LTD.
The shipping costs are not included in the prices except for during promotions that require relevant codes. Shipments of Discovery sets and Single Pocket Perfume vials are currently charged at £3.50. On orders of £50 or above the shipments are free of charge.
The prices may be modified at any time, however changes will not affect any order you have already placed. Maya Njie LTD applies the price list in force shown on the Site at the time of ordering.
Display price and final check out price will vary according to where you decide to ship your cart. The prices will be quoted to you at the time you submit your relevant order. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
CONTRACT
We must receive payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

We only supply products on this Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use any of the products for commercial, business or resale purposes. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
DISPATCH & SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. Shipping is carried out via 2nd class signed for Royal Mail delivery. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will e-mail you immediately. Due to shipping regulations and perfume being classed as Dangerous Goods we only ship within the UK currently.
WEBSITE ERRORS
We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Your use of the Maya Njie Perfumes Limited website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.
RISK
The transfer of risks attached to the products sold by Maya Njie LTD shall take place upon delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
As a consumer and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from delivery.
Only products purchased on www.mayanjie.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any products bought in a department store, stockist or own physical store must be returned to their original place of purchase.
The product(s) must be returned, using a trackable service, at your cost undamaged, unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with the seal intact where applicable. In these circumstances, we will offer a full exchange or refund of the purchase price minus the delivery charge after inspection. The item is your responsibility until it is signed for at our return address.
If goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and tracking as we do not accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit. Customers should have regard to labelling and packaging guidelines of Royal Mail or Courier service used as you are returning fragrance which has special guidelines.

All returned goods will be examined on receipt. A full refund will not be offered if there are signs of unreasonable use such as opened packaging. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for goods to be returned to you at your sole cost and expense. As perfumes are cosmetic products we will not accept returns after the product has been tested as they are not deemed as re sellable to another customer.

Your refund for goods will be refunded as soon as practicable by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (and provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation).
WORKSHOP HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The ingredients used during workshop sessions are a mixture of high quality natural and synthetic ingredients sourced from leading fragrance manufacturers. These oils are widely used in modern perfumery and adhere to current EU and IFRA regulations. The ingredients have been pre diluted in alcohol to minimise the risk of allergic reactions and toxicity - however, if you have sensitive skin please bare this in mind and if you have a known allergy, or if you are pregnant please seek advise from a medical professional before attending the workshop if you are unsure. These workshops are not suitable for children, attendees have to be 18 years and older.
WORKSHOP EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds are not offered on workshop tickets. You can request an exchange for a different date up to one month before the workshop date (this is subject to availability of other dates).
We can change the name on your ticket, you have up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop to make this request.
If you are no longer within the 1 month exchange window and you can no longer attend - or do not have anybody to take your ticket you will lose your space.
Please note that these terms are for workshops where the ticketing is hosted by Maya Njie. Other terms and conditions might apply when hosted by other companies or ticketing platforms.
