Delivery & Returns


In the UK we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. Shipping is carried out via 2nd class signed for Royal Mail delivery. We will send you an e-mail on the day that your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will e-mail you immediately. 

In the US our orders are shipped via a 3PL warehouse with a lead time of 5 to 7 business days. 


As a consumer and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from delivery.

Only products purchased on can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any products bought in a department store, stockist or own physical store must be returned to their original place of purchase.

The product(s) must be returned, unused using a trackable service, at your cost undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging, with the seal intact where applicable. In these circumstances, we will offer a full exchange or refund of the purchase price minus the delivery charge after inspection. The item is your responsibility until it is signed for at our return address. 

If goods are not returned unused and in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit. Customers should have regard to labelling and packaging guidelines of Royal Mail and Courier services used as you are returning fragrance which has special guidelines.

All UK returns must reach Maya Njie LTD within 14 days of original delivery date.

All returned goods will be examined on receipt. A full refund will not be offered if there are signs of use or unreasonable change to the appearance such as opened packaging. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for goods to be returned to you at your sole cost and expense. As perfumes are cosmetic products we will not accept returns after the product has been tested as they are not deemed as re sellable to another customer.

Your right to return goods does not apply to

  • Goods made to your specification
  • Which have been personalised
  • Gift vouchers that have been partially used. Which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Your refund for goods will be refunded as soon as practicable by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (and provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation).
